3. Audio Materials & Confidentiality

We understand the sensitivity of unreleased music. All unreleased compositions, stems, audio recordings, vocal takes, and session data shared with or recorded at Lit Factory NYC are treated as confidential.

Session projects and multi-track stems are temporarily retained on our studio storage drives for thirty (30) days following delivery to allow for any immediate revisions or re-exports. After this 30-day window, artists and clients are solely responsible for the permanent backup and archiving of their deliverables.
